BMW has released details of a new ultra-efficient prototype version of its X5 off-roader. Maserati's latest speed demon, the Quattroporte Sport GT S will go on sale this spring, the company said at the car's debut on Monday at the Detroit Auto Show. The Sport GT S gets a 4.7-liter V8 that pumps out 433 hp--an increase from 425 hp in the Quattroporte S. The gearshift has also been calibrated for an even sportier ride.
